I’ve been working with Eastern Marble & Granite Supply for a while now, and I can honestly say they’re one of the most helpful suppliers around. Every time I stop by, they take the time to point me in the right direction, whether it’s about a specific product or the best way to tackle a job. Even when they don’t carry exactly what I need, they go out of their way to help me find a solution. That kind of support and customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend them to anyone in the industry!

I bought a bridge saw from this company about 4 months ago. They sent me a dirty used saw from their California affiliate with parts missing, and wouldn't admit that it was a used saw. The saw worked for about 2 minutes and then the motor burned up. It was apparently a 110 volt system when they said it was a 220 volt system, so of course it burned up. They were good about replacing the motor directly from Italy, and I installed it on the used machine. It worked fine for about 36 hours of use and then stopped working. Angelo,... read more

Tom quickly recognized and suggested a solution to removing a stain from a travertine vanity. I was told by others that the stain could not be removed and a replacement vanity estimated at $1,000 was required. I'm grateful for Tom's honesty. Thank you.
