I bought a bridge saw from this company about 4 months ago. They sent me a dirty used saw from their California affiliate with parts missing, and wouldn't admit that it was a used saw. The saw worked for about 2 minutes and then the motor burned up. It was apparently a 110 volt system when they said it was a 220 volt system, so of course it burned up. Tom quickly recognized and suggested a solution to removing a stain from a travertine vanity. I was told by others that the stain could not be removed and a replacement vanity estimated at $1,000 was required. I'm grateful for Tom's honesty. Thank you.
