My forklift which is very old but reliable needed repair. Jerry came out and quickly diagnosed the problem which was a new battery was needed. Jerry however went above and beyond and fixed a problem that I have had with this forklift for 5 years which was it turning off every time I hard turned right or left. He knew exactly the problem and fixed it within minutes. My forklift is literally running better now than it was before Jerry got to it. I will be requesting him for every and anything that has to do with my forklift.
