John Hand was very diligent and productive Eastern lift technician. If I ever had an issue with equipment he was surely there to help resolve it. John was a great guy and great tech for Kellogg's truck servicing!
I bought a big Joe pallet Jack for a fair price… There was an issue after 3 weeks ,but it was immediately taken care of under warranty warrantie. Great communication. Professional company.
