Josh in parts helped us identify a compatible oil filter for our Hyster which for some reason decided to unseal itself and leak oil down the warehouse like hanzel and grettel. I wish your Linthicum store had forklift parts, anyway you got us out of bind without making a sale and I just wanted to say thanks. This is customer service. Putting the customer first, rarely do you see it today. I saw it and I saw it clearly with Josh at Eastern Lift.
