Some of the trees sent are in poor health. While the company responds to emails, they don't honor the warranty and overall therefore the customer service is poor. The shipping method is very slow, so the tree is without air, water and light for a very long time
I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my order placed on June 14th, 2025 via Easternleaf.com. The order, totaling $194.77, consisted of various bonsai wire products. Prior to completing the purchase, I confirmed that my shipping address was correctly updated in my account and on the order. I then proceeded to check out using Google Pay. An amazing place
I went to Eastern Leaf to pick up bags of bonsai rock. The rock was prebagged, of great quality, and reasonably priced. The warehouse had a huge supply of all things bonsai…from tools, wire, pots, premixed soils, starter kits, and fertilizers. The selection of bonsai and pre bonsai plants was huge. I will definitely be returning.
Update 3: as a reply to the response I received. It is very clear it is the same customer service person that I dealt with that is handling these reviews and not the owner. It is very clear the owner is not aware of the issues at hand and what is going on.
