Frontier sent Eastern Landcare to dig a small trench and bury the fiber optic line for us. The guys were very friendly and professional. We showed them where the line could not go, and they stayed away from that area. When they were done, we couldn't tell that they had disturbed the grass at all! No damage what so ever! Great job guys! 👍
Frontier sent these clowns out to bury a thin fiber line. They left my yard a mess, broke my irrigation system, lied about breaking it, he returned after I called several times to frontier, he said would patch a line he broke, but lied saying he didn’t think it was functional!!! It was and is. Finally this liar came out fixed one line they broke then they threw some grass seed down and left never to return. I had to clean up that mess myself in the fall. Very dishonest. I had a contract with Tom to sell him a piece of land. After I signed everything for closing he backed out without any heads up. Had his lawyer do it. Will not return any calls or texts. I had numerous people want to look at property but it was under contract so I declined. For someone in business I expected more. I would guess he has the same morals when it comes to his business. His word is worthless so do not do business with him.
