Was taken in at correct time for my appointment.
They were all incredibly nice! I called and got a same day appointment. I came in 30 minutes early and was seen almost immediately! All the staff were super caring and sweet!
Receptionist told me there would be a $400 fee (which there wasn't so I have no idea why she told me that), she also made me fill out health information incorrectly when I asked for clarification, and it was information that had already been submitted correctly to MSI so now I have to contact them and correct her misinformation. Horrible experience. Doctor also was extremely unhelpful and didn't even speak to me about the reason for my visit and told me they didn't know me well enough to help, I don't have a family doctor so... read more
