I placed an order for propane over two weeks ago when my tank was just above 30%. It is now under 10% and I still don’t have a delivery. And I guarantee they will try to charge an “out of gas” fee. I’m not paying that.

Over the years that I've been a customer many employees have come and gone. Rochelle would have to be at the top of my list of helpful employees. Always cheerful and makes everyone feel important. She's an outstanding person and a pleasure to do business with. A big asset to the London office!

my review is not of east Kentucky propane but of the people who deserves the stars . all the employees in the London office are great. But One stands out and shines. Rochelle Lewis is a rare induvial she believes in going the extra mile. Not because she has to but it needs done and someone hast to do it. She is the kind of people that makes America great.
