someone called us canceled my sons appointment and told us our insurance was not in network told us they were not part of Unity point ,stating they are a private sleep center! I messaged our ENT told them what happened. The nurse at our ENT office said she looked into everything before scheduling and YES we are in network! the sleep center will not schedule us now because they said we cancelled the appointment! Again THEY called us told us our insurance company will not cover this not us!!! A lot of games and screwing around... read more
Great facilities and the staff were great!
Had an at home sleep study done which showed the study was not consistent with OSA. So they go on to say because of my results, it can not be guaranteed to be for the patient named above. I am totally insulted! Who do they think took the test. Would never recommend this company to do a sleep study. One star only because the front desk people were very kind and helpful.
