I am moving into town and I strongly regret having to leave REC. Very helpful and professional staff. Outages are infrequent and addressed quickly.

I've had very few outages when up the road members of brand x utility has outages often. REC always responses quickly if we do have outages and questions. Could not ask for a better utility!
