I've had very few outages when up the road members of brand x utility has outages often. REC always responses quickly if we do have outages and questions. Could not ask for a better utility!
The workers who go out to fix downed power lines are amazing heros. The people in the office who answer phones are condescending and rude for no reason.
Only open until 3:30 even over the phone. I work until 3:30. Those are terrible hours, and when I get time to call while I'm at work the people that I deal with are usually very rude. If I had any other option I would take it.
