The workers who go out to fix downed power lines are amazing heros. The people in the office who answer phones are condescending and rude for no reason.
Only open until 3:30 even over the phone. I work until 3:30. Those are terrible hours, and when I get time to call while I'm at work the people that I deal with are usually very rude. If I had any other option I would take it.
We would like to thank the line crews for their timely and professional response to power outages. We have lived in various parts of Iowa and have found the service provided by the REC is second to none. Thanks again for the great work. Jerry and Linda Vande Kieft
