EIB did an awesome job on my garage/pole barn! I was very impressed with them from the quote all the way through the project completion. Justin Sobaaski was easy to talk to and very helpful with helping me find subs to clear my land, do the vinyl siding and all of the other details. I was very impressed by Ivan and his crew. Our family has had 5 Lester buildings contracted through EIB. Justin is awesome to work with & holds his subcontractors accountable.
They are behind in their timeline and do not communicate effectively. We have an unfinished barn with no communication from the salesperson.
We recently had a cabin built at our family farm. EIB did a fantastic job with the building! Communication was wonderful, all questions, concerns or problems were answered and addressed. They build a great building that is reasonably priced and pay attention to the details. Everyone was great to work with.
