Horrible customer service their call center employee lied about my new agent not sending the right info and said they reached out but did not. Had to ask for a manager after hours of trying to do something simple like switching companies. They also decided to almost double my monthly rate after a few years as a customer 0 customer loyalty whatsoever use just about anyone else
I worked with Aimee on my car insurance, she is amazing. She asks all the right questions, and gets back to you with the answers as soon as she finds it. I will recommend Aimee to everyone!
