I moved into a new build about 6 months ago that Eastern Insulation did the insulation and air seal for in the attic. I was having heating issues in the winter so I had an HVAC guy and energy auditor come out to the house to assess the situation. After checking the propane and heat pumps, we went into the attic and looked at the insulation installation and air seal. If you're a homeowner, steer clear. Your work will be deemed unimportant compared to the contracts they have to maintain with their big GCs they work with.
