I have been chasing them for a warranty repair for over two months. They do not return phones calls or follow up. Even our builder cannot get them to perform the required warranty work. I would avoid this company because they do not honor their word.
I had Eastern come out to a rental house and give an estimate. Salesman called and refused to quote due to the crawlspace being 20in off the ground. He said they prefer 30-36in. What he didn't realize is he lost a 4000 sqft new home. Never will I ever call them again.
