I’m constantly on the road and my company uses Eastern 9X’s out of 10 and I have never been to a more helpful and friendly location than the Florence SC store. Thank you Jackson for finding me what parts I needed and having me in and out as quickly as possible and thank you Boyce for working the weekends I needed parts for an emergency job and having my parts ready in a box as soon as I pulled into the parking lot.

I would like to say that Joe Adkins is the absolute worst manager I have ever had to deal with there. Short tempered and very unprofessional. I don't know how he does things from where he is from but in the South, we have things called respect and manners.
