I have been a electric service customer for 11 yrs. And over the yrs. There has been a couple of tree trim contractors out here doing more harm than good on my property, due to just plain arrogance and not paying attention to the customers property, but with the bad couple of experiences, I have to say Eastern corrected the problems . Because of an employee named Junior, he listened and took action, the last two years Junior showed up and cut back my trees from the lines ,and did an incredible job.
