They'll never answer the phone or call you back, so you'll never actually get an appointment. It's been more than 2 months now since I called inquiring about becoming a new patient. Surprisingly (based on reviews suggesting their horrible call-back rate) they called back within 24 hours but I was in a meeting so missed the call.
