I can’t quite remember her name but it sounded like Josiline..who is incredibly sweet, professional, and genuinely kind, with such a calm, soft spoken manner that instantly makes you feel welcome and at ease. With lots of personality, no muss, and no fuss, the procedure started exactly on time and ended even before the receptionist said it would end.
