Bad fitting skates, can I return? Hello peach65 -- Did you ever get your money back for bad fitting skate? I have ended up with a very similar experience where my skates don't fit & I am in such a pain that I simply rent skates. I barely used my the originals & wondering if I can return them.
Bad Experience Our experience was terrible!!! Joe insisted my daughter move to harlick skates after years of being in reidell's. Then he ordered her the wrong size. She was in serious pain for 4 weeks. Joe kept saying he could make them work. Finally he ordered her another pair that fit and were great. He gave us a very small discount on the second pair. He might be great at what he does, but when he makes a mistake he won't take credit for it. I paid close to 1,000 dollars, have two pair of skates and one will never be used... read more
good selection our whole family loves skating.. this store beed a saver in terms of equipment - they have great and not very expensive skates and any other supplies for ice skating tht you might need. our friends went to ice skating party and had to buy some dresses and this store had a sale and what a great bargan they got.
