I called a facility about the women ministry in the free showers. The lady who answered the phone was unprofessional and she act like she didn’t understand anything I was saying, even though on the website, the address and telephone number and hours are clearly stated so I don’t know if this is a scam or the person was just being rude and nasty In either case as a Henrico resident, this is unacceptable. If you’re not verse on the information of the facility you’re working in then you shouldn’t be working there.
