Excellent service and communication. My aunt's heat suddenly stopped working late Saturday night. I called around looking for a repair service on Sunday morning, which was very difficult. Bilal said he could show up within 2 hours, which he did! He diagnosed the issue immediately, and managed to source the required parts and complete the repair the following day. My aunt is extremely happy. We highly recommend his services!
