Amazing and fast service from Bilal, went above and beyond to help when our furnace broke and gave us a great deal
After severe snow storm my furnace went dead.I called Eastern Heating & Cooling Inc and got immediate reply.He thoroughly opened my furnace , checking all parts thoroughly,, using his great knowledge, experience and skills, he diagnosed and gave me estimate, which was lowest,reasonable .He fixed my furnace in a few hours..So far my furnace is working like a brand new ,giving heat,twice than before. I give hin 5 stars regarding his knowledge, experience, skills, dealing and fixing furnace.I highly recommend him.
Stay away as much as possible from these people if you like your money. They are not trustable and do the worst possible work. They charged me $8500 for a commercial AC/Heater unit a year ago. The heat or the cooling doesnt even work properly and i have to keep hiring people to come and fix it. STAY AWAY !!!!!
Outstanding Service - Highly Recommend! Our furnace broke down over the weekend, and with three young children at home, the thought of spending the night in a cold house was stressful. Bilal not only responded promptly but went above and beyond to find the rare part and fix the issue quickly and professionally. He made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.
