A special thanks to Jeanne (pronounced Shana) for explaining everything in great detail and answering all our questions thoroughly and with compassion. Absolutely furious!!! Sat waiting over an hour and a half for my appointment today 16th June. Eventually got in to see a Doctor only to Be told I needn’t have this wait. There is a programme I can go on and go to my GP to Get my mammogram and scan results!! IF I had known why would I be wasting time sitting there for over a Hour!! Asked how long this program has been running, answer - 2 years. So why was I not told about it 2 years ago??? This appointment has been nothing short of a fiasco from Start to finish!! Excellent care. I forgot to bring a dr referral and instead of sending me home the receptionist organised a referral with my dr who was busy at the surgery
Wonderful, caring & very understanding staff - not just the doctors & nurses but each & every person employed to help people touched by this dreadful disease. For each person who helped me - thankyou, you are all angels to me! Today, I hope I will not be needing any of you again! Thankyou & bless you all.
