They canceled our appointment and told us until when we arrived the hospital after doing all the preparations for 2 days. The lady at the reception was very rude by keep telling us it was canceled and it was not their problem. The whole eastern health system is a joke.

Truly pathetic. They ring us and allocate an appointment time for test results, so we defer a planned holiday and forfeit our deposit. We arrive on time at 8:40am, we are kept for over an hour in the waiting room, only to be told when finally called the results will not be in for another 10 days and the appointment should never have been made.

Very impressed. Staff put me at ease at every step of my day procedure. Staff were polite, friendly and very efficient, from reception to the medical team that performed my procedure. I was kept well informed at every stage from pre briefing, during the procedure and post procedure. The entire team deserve congratulations. Thank you for your care and professionalism.

I had my first minor day surgery here yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From reception to nurses and doctors, every team member was professional, kind and attentive. I felt supported and at ease throughout the entire process. Outstanding care and service highly recommended

Had a urology procedure under general anaesthesia this morning. Great experience from initial communication through to the procedure completion. All staff, anaesthesiast, surgeon and all nurses were fantastic. All took their time to explain what was going to happen and answer any questions I had. Felt safe and in good hands from the start to the cups on tea in the recovery area. Big thank you to all involved.
