Had a urology procedure under general anaesthesia this morning. Great experience from initial communication through to the procedure completion. All staff, anaesthesiast, surgeon and all nurses were fantastic. All took their time to explain what was going to happen and answer any questions I had. Felt safe and in good hands from the start to the cups on tea in the recovery area. Big thank you to all involved.

Had my first minor surgery here, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff, nurses, and doctors were all incredibly friendly, professional, and caring. I felt well looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend!
