Great communication from Brian and installation! Customer service is top notch! We had a few small scratches that I contacted Brian about after installation, it definitely no big deal, but I'm no glass professional so I thought he would recommend some kind of product to possibly cover them up. What I did not expect is him ordering an entire new door to replace those few minor things! I did feel terrible for his time coming out, but I am blown away by the way he treats his customers.
