I am so relieved I placed my trust in Easter Eye Centre. My experience with this extremely well run practice was super positive. All staff and assistants were impressive. Hospital was clean, nurses efficient and professional. Dr Sarah Crowe was punctual, delightful, honest & gentle and her Anaesthetist Karl, funny and calming. Super happy with the outcome of my surgery ☺️👀 😉 Would definitely recommend Eastern Eye Care to my friends 👌
We were left unattended and ignored in the waiting room for in excess of 2 hours after our scheduled appointment time! We were not given any updates nor apologies
Excellent service , especially considering my appointment was late Friday afternoon. The receptionist was most helpful booking my surgery.
Dr Tan is wonderful - highly recommend. My son was misdiagnosed by a children’s optometrist in Hillsdale… thank goodness for Dr Tan!! He is incredibly thorough and has a fantastic way with children.
All staff and Doctors are extremely professional and polite. The receptionists are always very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects. We have been coming here for years. Highly recommended
