Excellent service , especially considering my appointment was late Friday afternoon. The receptionist was most helpful booking my surgery.
Dr Tan is wonderful - highly recommend. My son was misdiagnosed by a children’s optometrist in Hillsdale… thank goodness for Dr Tan!! He is incredibly thorough and has a fantastic way with children.
All staff and Doctors are extremely professional and polite. The receptionists are always very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects. We have been coming here for years. Highly recommended
Terrible front desk staff. Service was appalling and rude. I asked the receptionist how much longer it will take as my LO was getting fussy it was exactly on the 2hour mark. She looked at me with the most unwelcome face, “I don’t know, you can keep waiting or cancel, what would you like to do?”. Really disappointed. Eye Dr clearly overbooked himself so the wait time is even longer which isn’t ideal for younger kids. Dear Management. DO BETTER and train your staff to treat all patients equally. Was the first time I've been to this eye clinic on Mon 30th Oct 23. I found the ladies at the front desk are very friendly. The only downside was the asian lady that gave me the drops prior seeing Sarah Crowe was quite impatient. Sorry but we all cant keep our eyes steady whilst doing a pressure check. Sarah Crowe is a lovely person.
