The receptionist is very rude and Dr. Stroh has no patience for children. She cuts my daughter off everytime she’s explaining her concerns. She takes extremely long to see you and them wants to go through the appointment as quickly as possible without barely listening. I left because more than 3 years was enough. Change was way over due. Optical Shop is great and the guys are awesome. But that’s about it!
I have never had such clear vision as I did when I had Dr Stroh give me a scrip and had the optical shop make me glasses. I'm thrilled.
My sister and I tried to make eye appointments on the same day and were told we could not. They don’t schedule family members on the same day because if one person cancelled, the other family member might too leaving two “empty hours” that day. How odd. We have scheduled eye exams elsewhere...on the same day.
