Husqvarna lawn tractor was purchased from Williamsburg, Eastern Ontario store. Its been in for service repairs a couple of times. Recently, the tractor caught fire and I called DAN and told him tractor was only used 4 times since he was paid approx 800$ He was rude, arrogant, dismissive and condescending. Never again I will return to that store. I didnt ask for a refund or compensation. Didn't matter - guy acted like a total jerk anyways. Very unprofessional.
What can I say about this place and the service we get other than it being totally lights out, amazing and the absolute best. I am not a mechanic, far from it, and have no clue really about engines, chain saws and stuff like that... I am a retired financial accounting person. The service we get from Dan is top notch; friendly, knowledgeable, professional and above all patient with me. He comes to our place in Morrisburg no questions asked, he takes a machine that is not working to his shop and brings it back ready to go. He ... read more
