Eastern Elevators is a trustworthy professional company. Without exception every employee has been a pleasure to work with. In spite of a full year delay on our part to replace our power lines Eastern did not change their price and moved our start date. Our elevators were originally installed in 1935 which frequently required them to manufacture special parts which they did without complaint. We would recommend them without reservation. Enough
I wish I could rate them less than 1 star but I can’t. I would also like to point out that this is the only google review I have ever left for a company, that is how much I want people to know about their poor excuse of a company. Originally our elevator was to be installed at my personal care home in April of 2023. Install date was then moved until June 2023, and then finally started the week of July 4th 2023...they blamed supply issues, even though our initial conversations about ordering materials started in May of 2022 w... read more

Nothing like getting run off the road in Waldorf, MD by one of their drivers and watching them push others off the road as they swerve in an out of traffic. If their drivers are any indication of how this business is then you’re better trusting a 2 year old.
