Called a week ago for a maintenance issue. Person who answered phone did not seem to know what to do concerning my inquiry. Called again today and was told that no answer on status of my request. Very poor customer service. Called Eastern again about status of maintenance issue. Talked to a “manager” and they could give me no answer as far as timeline for personal to come look at my issue. Again,very poor customer service. If I would have known the laxity of their service I would have spent my money elsewhere.
RecommendedProfessional and knowledgable staff! They have a great showroom and answered all my questions. The installer that came to my home was great as well. A overall great family run business with superior customer service!
