A new home security system was installed by EES during 2020, but soon after the company's demeaner went cold after reporting a defective motion causing false alarms. After they replaced the motion & because of the unpredictable cellular app that didn't always work I decided to purchase a preprogramed FOB from them, but it didn't work after receiving it.
