Very friendly staff. They are leasing the building, so the gates remain closed until they open. Until then, you can either park by the gate itself, the building on it's left or go to the little gas station down the road. Docking is a breeze, but they need more lights out so seeing the dock is a bit easier. It's very dark out there before the sun rises. Staff is super friendly and helpful. It took around 2 hours or so to get unloaded.
