Great folks took care of my truck
Not one of the best, but the Best shop, I have ever been to. Transmission went out on me, early in the morning. Called two other shops in the area. They neither responded back to me or gave me the wrong response. The initial phone call to them was quick and pleasant. They actually took time to listen. They don't have a wrecker, but I still had enough transmission to make it there, to their shop. Once they analyzed the situation, I was surprised by the response. This shop fixed me twice in one week. Got me in when no one else would and they work on paccar motors. Great place. Great people. Great knowledge
I had a problem with my def filter that derated my truck. I brought it over and the entire staff was courteous and professional. After cleaning out the def filter and trying to do a forced regen it turned out the seventh injecter was still sticking and the regen wasn't able to complete. Cody didn't charge me a penny, gave me the part number, a place to get it and the number of a friend who could change it and get me rolling.
