I was scheduled for a 10:00 am apt. with Dr. Taylor on 7/16/18. After 10:15 I advised the receptionist I had to leave by 10:45 to pick up my granddaughter and was told I would be taken next. By 10:40 the office manager told me first I should reschedule for an appointment in a month; then I was offered 8/3/18 when we're out of state. I waited 45 minutes and no exam. Don't bother unless you do not value your time. Very rude to patients. William R. Webb
