Other than cleanings and routine check ups I would not recommend this office. I had a procedure done with the periodontist, Dr. Humyum in their office in Flemington. I was not informed that he would only be in the office once a month. It is very difficult to get follow up appointments and move forward with the rest of the work that needs to be done. I purchased the $100 Smiles insurance plan that allows for two cleanings. I had the first cleaning and it was so-so, and they recommended a deep gum cleaning, which I didn’t do. When I went back for my second cleaning they refused to do it until I had the gum cleaning. Claimed they couldn’t do it until I had the gum cleaning, even though they were able to do it just 8 months ago. I pushed back but they kicked me out. Very scammy.
My temporary and permanent crown fell off, had to go back twice to get put back on. Not happy
I have been using Eastern Dental of Flemington for over 15 years and would recommend it. Dr Michael is great, right to the point on what needs to be done. The office staff is welcoming and the dental assistant Abby was great at my last visit this week.
Dr.Restanio is by far the best dentist I’ve met in a while. The office is very well kept, assistants and front desk are knowledgeable and kind. Nicole is a wonderful manager and shows compassion and her work ethics are phenomenal. She takes her time in giving you the best care. Thank you again for all your help
