Never ever an issue here.
I had an ortho evaluation for braces on July 11th and I am still waiting for the office staff to call me with the treatment plan and financial details. I call every week and no one has called back. Who is in charge of the office staff?
Its been over two months since the dentist told me I need braces. They forget to contact my insurance multiple times. And every turesdsy they tell us they will call me back but never do.
Terrible dental experience. I had a root canal, twice they I left this office with an infection. They use some type of dental bleach without asking the patient if they are allergic. The dentist there are young, and Dr. Restaino is ok but needs more experience dental staff. The wait time in the office is terrible, and the prices for the services are over the top. Do you research and find a good dentist. Please, do not waste your time here.
Dr. Restaino and Anna were amazing. We used to go to Eastern Dental in Ewing and after a few unhappy visit, I’m so glad we made the change to Flemington. Every staff member was very nice and friendly and they seemed like a family. It was a great first visit and we will definitely be going back. Highly recommend!
