STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! When they put my new crown in and told me to bite down, it broke in my mouth. So she ground my tooth down even more. Then she tried to put my old temporary crown on the tooth, it broke as well. Now I have to go through the whole thing again. I have to be back in two weeks again. Was not able to take my blood pressure had a toy instead of professional equipment. My blood pressure was not 170/170 that would have made me dead.
Unfortunately my insurance only covers Eastern Dental and they’re the bottom of the barrel. The dentists are not at all equipt to handle children. I had to have my sons tooth removed that oddly enough was the tooth that was just filled by them a few months prior that became infected shortly after which I am now having looked into. Do not bring your kids here. Inadequate and a waste of time.
I recently had a dental procedure done at Eastern Dental with Dr. Tracy Shrestha Cooley, and I was extremely impressed with the care I received. The procedure was painful, but Dr. Cooley was incredibly compassionate, patient, and kind throughout the entire experience. She made me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. Her gentle approach and professionalism truly stood out, and I’m very grateful for the excellent care she provided. I highly recommend Dr. Cooley and the team at Eastern Dental of Tom’s River NJ.
