This was like my 3rd time coming to my appointment for a filling with the piggy nose and them saying they tried to call me and say the dr called out last minute AGAIN and now he’s leaving for good on the 22nd which is ridiculous but whatever i’m going to a new dentist al in one this is just crazy man and it’s crazy cause the tooth that needs a filling is the one that they ALREADY FILLED less than a year ago and it broke don’t go here
Eastern Dental of Vineland has dramatically improved. The front desk (which is the face of dental office) is very professional, inviting, and accommodating. The dental staff is equally professional and pleasant, especially the dental cleaning technicans.
VERY unorganized and unprofessional. Communication is unclear, unprofessional, and lacking. They lost paperwork from my insurance and instead of taking accountability and handling it, required me to go through all the steps to have it sent over again and then delayed my appointment to have my cracked tooth (which is very sensitive and painful at this moment) fixed by a whole month…
Made a appointment verified they took my insurance over the phone. When I took off work and got there for my appointment I displayed my id card and they tell me unfortunately we are going to have to send this to our billing and reschedule your appointment. Don't bother my time is valuable and you have shown you dont value my time.
This place is GHETOO, most (not all) have no type of Customer service and talk to the patients with no respect. Today I saw a women ask for a Dr’s note for her child missing school and the staff yelled across the office, “I’m not giving you a note because you chose to keep him home”. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and rude she was!! The women walked away and you could see she was embarrassed.
