Had a post put in at little egg dental and had issues , think the post snapped …so I came to eastern in Vineland with my state insurance. After about five more visits the tooth was ignored for other procedures. The last time I went they pulled one tooth and sent me up the street to the Vineland oral surgeon to take a closer look at another they wanted to pull but needed the surgeons word. They banned me from all of their practices because I chose no fluoride for my children.
Their new mandatory online or tablet registration format is absolutely terrible! Tiny enormous amount of tiny dots you have to push regarding health history 4 pages crammed with questions and entries of personal data is definitely "overkill"! Who can remember all the crap they ask for? Front desk said do it or we can't see you. No alternative paperwork is offered. Seems like what's easier for them and difficult for customers is there policy. Sign says you have to redo it for every appointment! They need to improve the front ... read more
Had come there for an issue I had with a tooth after numerous appointments addressing other issues that tooth was never repaired after about of 10 months of that back-and-forth they pulled a tooth and sent me up the street to the oral surgeon for an evaluation.
