Very unprofessional, abruptly close all offices with no notice. Now we are scrambling to find a new ENT and they are all booking out weeks to months, meanwhile my son is in pain. They knew they were closing and should of gave ample notice so clientele could find placement at new facilities. Just selfish!
I had allergy shots here for 7 years. Much improved now!
Called office 2 days in a row for appt as a new patient. Never received call back. Called a different Dr in Norwich + someone actually answers the phone!
My audiologist is the best (Elyse), but the office is terrible. Nobody answers the phone even though you were left a message to call back. The voice recording is way to long and doesn't matter since you can connect to anyone.
