Automated phone service is terrible. Ever since Conway absorbed Eastern MPN things have gone downhill. I couldn't be unhappier.
Nonexistent customer service. Printer/copier/scanner has been down for 2 weeks and counting.. and still no response from sales rep who apparently is the only person authorized to assist. Service techs know nothing, spent 4 days making "repairs" and then vanished. Trapped in 5 year contract so cant get assistance from another company, no phone number to call, no one to complain to, departments do not communicate, just do yourself a favor and go with a local IT company
This company has no regard for customer service. I fully agree, their billing is a mess. The web based payment system is the most antiquated non user friendly I have ever encountered. When you do have a need for a service Technician you are not able to have service at your place of business, even when the copier challenge is impacting your agencies ability to do business. The Rep Team never contacts, visits or checks up on customers. Ever! So darn frustrated.
Was given a paperweight. Machine didn't work right from time it was delivered.
