This office is horrible. I have been trying since last Monday to get results for a sample my mom gave. I called 2x worried if she has an infection and may need a antibodic 5 days have passed already. Finally after 3x calling and getting the run around I was told tey need another sample. My mom again is 92 and does not get around to well. I asked her to contact Quest and set up a home urine test.
