The review by Jay Sawyer is completely false, we are in Virginia and he is in Texas. We only repair machines for people in the Tidewater, Virginia area. We stand behind all of our repairs!!
Company was responsive came out fixed my machine in what seemed like 30-45min. Sent me an invoice for 2hrs labor $170.00 which I paid even though the next day my machine was doing the same thing. I paid and sent an email saying I paid even though the machine was still not working properly and asked if they could come back out. I was told they would, a month has gone by they have not returned my calls or emails asking if they would even just tell me what they did so I could fix it myself because my machine is not operational ... read more
The one below review by James Jones is a completely false review. We never received 100 units from anyone and our over 30 years of business we have been rated as one of the best service centers in the country.
