The food was good and ready at the time I scheduled to pick it up. Not too salty and very tasty. There’s plenty of parking. I especially appreciate that one of the ladies who works there went out of her way to call me after I placed my order. When ordering online, I accidentally ordered chow mein when I meant to order lo mein. She verified what I actually wanted since many other people had made the same mistake when ordering that day.
I’ve been ordering from this carryout for over 11 years, and it has always been a consistently positive experience. The delivery person has always been wonderful, and the young lady who typically answers the phone is friendly and professional. Unfortunately, today’s interaction was very different. The gentleman who answered the phone was rude and condescending, which was surprising given my long history with this establishment. Ordered carry out- chicken fried rice. Rice was not fried and very mushy with only sprouts mixed in nothing else.
