My experience having the sleep study done here was horrible. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and apparently really despised their jobs. The excuse, after I complained to management, was that they were short staffed. When I signaled for an attendant in the middle of the night, one burst into the door yelling at me that I was waking up the "other patients." I had to change my daily schedule to find out not on their schedule when I appeared for study not only on time but with all my paperwork in hand....very unkind and unapologetic were the staff.to the point of rude....husband had same experience years ago... JANIS
