Came for an appointment that lasted 10 minutes. Stood at the desk to let someone know I'm here and no one responded so i filled out the paper to let them know I have an appointment, they take the paper. I checked in 5 minutes before my appointment and waited 30 minutes before my doctor finally comes out and tells me the receptionist never checked me in. No wonder because those 30 minutes the receptionist was busy talking bad about patients who call and attend there.
Do not take your teenage children here. The “doctors” are very quick to hand out pills and when emergencies happen they like to leave voicemails and not return any phone calls. I have personally experienced a series of unbelievable events in the last 24 hours. My child has suffered the consequences! Shame on your office.
This office and the therapists and psys there are AMAZING! They truly do care about their patients and do everything they can do for the patients needs. I wouldn’t go to any other psy service and I live a pretty good distance and never have I had a problem with them canceling or waiting long for my appointment. The child therapist and psys are so amazing too! They have made a difference in my daughters and my life.
