I have been helped more at this facility than any I have ever been to. Everyone is more than accommodating.
They will have you travel an hr, cancel your appt and then if you miss an appointment they will charge you a 100, if they cant charge your insurance for the fee they will kick you out the the office. So my question is who charges the facility if they cancel an appointment on you and waste your gas on a 2hr trip?
I called three times last week, pressed two and left very detailed medication refills requests on their voice message. Being a long weekend, today I started to go through not only withdrawal but going into a panic/anxiety attack. I called first thing in the morning and it wasn’t my best opening, I came off as aggressive but really I was panicked bc I have a job and a life I need to lead and here I am afraid I am going to slip in some kind of psychosis. Please do not go here. It is complete chaos. Doctors have too many patients that alot are getting overlooked or forgotten. When you call to get a new script when you're supposed to its takes days to get it, and patients are running out of their medications. There is one particular girl up front that ALWAYS has a very nasty attitude and your messages arent getting back to the doctor. This is unacceptable, dangerous and absolutely outrageous.
