Do not take your teenage children here. The “doctors” are very quick to hand out pills and when emergencies happen they like to leave voicemails and not return any phone calls. I have personally experienced a series of unbelievable events in the last 24 hours. My child has suffered the consequences! Shame on your office.
This office and the therapists and psys there are AMAZING! They truly do care about their patients and do everything they can do for the patients needs. I wouldn’t go to any other psy service and I live a pretty good distance and never have I had a problem with them canceling or waiting long for my appointment. The child therapist and psys are so amazing too! They have made a difference in my daughters and my life.
I have been helped more at this facility than any I have ever been to. Everyone is more than accommodating.
They will have you travel an hr, cancel your appt and then if you miss an appointment they will charge you a 100, if they cant charge your insurance for the fee they will kick you out the the office. So my question is who charges the facility if they cancel an appointment on you and waste your gas on a 2hr trip?
