HORRIBLE SERVICE - Service was requested on 1/7 at 30% and 22 days later, no delivery. This is after multiple calls and being told initially within 10 business days. When I called last Thursday and reported we had no gas and asked for update, the company left we would receive a delivery on Saturday. I went into Greenville NC office 13 days ago and purchased 300 gallons of gas. Paid them $ 966.43 in cash money!! They still have not delivered my gas. I have called and begged and done everything I know what to do and still no gas!! I have been back to local office twice and no answers. I have called corporate. It’s like all employees are reading from a script. Nobody cares that you are old and have no gas!!! Never do business with this company. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!!!
This company is horrible, my 73 year mother on oxygen called at 30% two weeks ago. Here it is 2 weeks later and she's been out of propane for a week now. Temps down to 10 degrees for 3 days, went to check on the house and had to fix two busted water pipes. This woman is on automatic fill up and her last delivery was 11/18/24, now it is 1/25/25 and NO propane.
