Dr. Smith "missed notes" on his paperwork. After confirming with him what was supposed to be done during my surgery, he put me under anesthesia, and then proceeded to do something different. At my follow up he tells me "these things happen". No they do NOT! I am seeking another surgeon to finish the work that needs to be done.
