Waited 2 hours for an appointment for an oil change. They came to me and said I had a coolant leak, that there was NO coolant in my vehicle at all. I told them that was interesting bc my car has not been running hot. Had them add a gallon of coolant and planned to have our car friend check it out. Go out to my car, the steering was incredibly loose (it only has 40,000 miles on it). Go back in, 30 mins later they come to me and say they didn't find anything wrong with it. No stars if I could. And run to a different dealership!! I Would never recommend this place.. took my car in Friday because I was called by Nissan saying my car had a recall so brought it in for a 2:15 appointment, after sitting there for an hour and 20 mins. they tried to "find" other problems to try to get me to spend money. after waiting all that time they tell me they "had to order a part" to fix the recall I was there for the appointment to have fixed? well I left and my screen/raido/back up camera none of it works now.... read more
