I am a firm believer in using the dealer for yearly checkups. I want to extend the life of my car. Work is guaranteed too.
Waited 2 hours for an appointment for an oil change. They came to me and said I had a coolant leak, that there was NO coolant in my vehicle at all. I told them that was interesting bc my car has not been running hot. Had them add a gallon of coolant and planned to have our car friend check it out. Go out to my car, the steering was incredibly loose (it only has 40,000 miles on it). Go back in, 30 mins later they come to me and say they didn't find anything wrong with it.
