Bought a used Nissan Rogue in July. I was given a 60 day temporary tag. I went in every two weeks asking about it. Now on the day it expires they tell me they have a title issue. Now I can’t use the car for work which is costing me money. I will never buy from there again!
Took our Rogue in for a check engine light. Our Service Rep, J'allen, was extremely personable and professional from the start. We dropped the car off and he greeted us with a smile ready to help. The follow up thru the whole interaction was so much better than I ever expected. When relaying the problem he went out of his way to see if we had a warranty, which thankfully we did with another dealership, and he worked on that to make sure we were taken care of. Kirsten, the service advisor at Riverside Nissan, along with the service manager is truly outstanding. Will the service technician that performed the repair on my car was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, extremely clean. The repair on my car made it like a brand new car again without dirtying any of my Seats. Because of these three people working at this dealership, they gained a loyal customer.

Nissan is privately owned in new bern. I took my vehicle there because I thought it had a short in the wiring system. My radio stop playing and the phone would not work in the car/ It started after several days of heavy rain. I had it towed and they said they was trying to duplicate what I heard. When they said they couldn’t they told me what other things needed to be fixed. The one thing I asked about was not fixed.
