unsatisfactory Shady! probably not illegal, but shady. No product knowledge. Pushy! Don??t leave your car; you??ll never see it again. Better yet: shop ANYWHERE else but here.
Outstanding experience! I have purchased many vehicles over the years in New Bern and really have not always enjoyed the experience; So,when it was time to buy another car I braced myself for the task. I do not recommend I do not recommend this place. I went there the other day to take a look at some cars, as I have been looking for a while. The way these people do business came across as very shady to me. Within 2 minutes of being in the man's office to look at a carfax report and get the price of a vehicle I test drove, he was trying to get me to sign something stating I was going to buy a car from him THAT DAY - and this was BEFORE he even told me how much it was or if the carfax was clean! Eastern Carolina Nissan is Very friendly I have test drove a SUV here once and the dealership was very nice. The car was not what I was looking for but I would go back if I found something else I liked if I still lived in this area.
Eastern Carolina Nissan Inc This dealership was very friendly when I went to do a test drive offer. I did not have the correct validation paperwork with me and they did not have copies at the dealership at that time but they went out of their way to get me what I needed to participate in the test drive offer. Would go to them again if the vehcile had been suitable for my family needs.
