I have been a patient at Eastern Carolina Pharmacy for quite some time. I’ve had medication delivered to my home, which was convenient. However, I had to call every month to request my Med Pack because they failed to put my medication on auto-fill consistently. Despite being assured multiple times that auto-fill was activated, my prescriptions were not automatically refilled, forcing me to follow up repeatedly. The staff have always been kind and helpful to me. If I have a question or concern they take time to explain things to me and the delivery service is wonderful since I am housebound. I give them a five star rating.
Every month when I go to get my medication they do not have it they got the order it did you go back we forgot the order come back tomorrow it's just sad that they can't keep medicine in there when they had a customer for 8 plus years and every month he comes for the same thing and they don't have it that's just pitiful
