Never actually received any care from this provider, literally sat in the waiting room for an hour and left to remove my own stitches. Months later I have two collections on my credit report from this company. Total frauds.
If I could give you zero stars I would. They Will ruin your credit in anyway they can. Beware of this place and "financial data systems" in Wilmington.
HORRIBLE, I saw them last year in July and apparently they filled it it in September and I never got a notice until January 19th? My insurance set up a case on the 27th and due to be being busy with work and the military and never heard back from them until march 8th, when my notice was dated for the 27th of February and then my insurance asked if they decided to reach out to them in regards to the case they set up and never once did and the case sat for a whole month and 11 days of no assistance this delay is unacceptable a... read more
Similar story to the other negative reviews. They double billed me for an EKG that fortunately my insurance company found. I opened 2 claims to question a bill, did a live chat, and emailed. Despite all of that, I received a letter saying I had not responded to their initial notice and they were turning me over to collections. My insurance company has opened a claim and have advised me to not pay this bill but after reading all of these reviews of this company ruining peoples credit, I feel like I do not have a choice.
